Is Weekwell really free?
Yes. Creating schedules, saving team settings, importing configurations, and exporting CSV files are free. No account, payment card, or subscription is required.
How do I create an automatic staff schedule?
Add your team and availability, configure shift times and staffing needs, then select Generate schedule. Review the weekly rota and any open positions before exporting it.
Where is my employee information stored?
Your team data stays in your browser on this device. Download a setup file to back it up or move it to another device; Weekwell does not synchronize it to a server.
Does the planner guarantee every shift will be filled?
No. When staffing requirements cannot be met, positions stay open. Scheduling considers the displayed seven days; review rest between weeks and any additional workplace rules yourself.
